The program consists of 30-minute full-body strength training workouts twice per week to get all the benefits of exercise in the most efficient way possible. Being virtual will allow you to bring your trainer wherever you go, whether working out from home or at your favorite gym. Our workouts are designed based on the latest exercise science research.
